Attention Runners of all levels!

BCTG is now offering Running and Endurance classes with Certified Running and Endurance Instructor, Kevin French.

Are you an experienced runner looking to improve your race time?
Are you a runner plagued with nagging injuries?
Are you a new runner looking to learn the correct biomechanics?
Are you training to pass running requirements for Law Enforcement, Military or Federal Agencies?
Are you an athlete wanting to shave time off your personal best?

Our brand new Running and Endurance classes will improve your running technique, enabling you to run faster, further and with less chance of injury.

In over 10 years of personal training, I have seen way too many knee, hip, hamstring and ankle injuries due to poor running technique. Most runners are Quad dominant in that they have over developed quadriceps muscles and weak hamstrings and glutes. This major muscle imbalance puts undue stress on the knees and hamstrings causing a multitude of knee and other injuries. Add to the fact that many runners don’t cross train and address the muscle imbalances but rather “work through” the injuries, hoping they will get better.

Two hour introductory class will include;

  1. Video analysis of your current running technique and form.
  2. Classroom instruction on proper running biomechanics and technique.
  3. Drills to help you improve your running problems and issues.
  4. Drills to help you refine your running form
  5. Cadence introduction and drills to improve your time.
  6. End of class video capture and analysis.
  7. A six- week program of drills to take home to help you continue to improve your running distance, time and technique.

The cost to for this class is $50.00.

Testimonial

My running has vastly improved and I enjoy doing it now since taking your class. My FWC physical test is in about 2.5 weeks. The first time I timed my run back in late November, it was about 19:30. Last night, it was 15:30. I still need to shave 45 sec but I'm closer than ever. I attribute a lot of this to the class I took. It takes me a lot longer to feel the effects of my muscles being tired. I feel really good about my running. I just wanted to say thanks for everything!
