Here is part of a workout we did during our last week of boot camp. It was 4 minutes at each station.
1. Burpees over hurdles (jumping sideways) and Push up, step ups on an ammo can, alternating exercises every minute.
2. Partner rope pulls switching every minute
3. Side step downs, switching legs every minute
4. Turkish Get ups, switching sides every minute.
